CHALLENGE
Help Ally connect deeper with Hispanic soccer audiences in the Carolinas through bilingual storytelling.
For Hispanic Heritage Month, Ally tasked us with finding and highlighting a Hispanic Charlotte FC supporter. Ally looked to capture the essence of what it means to be a part of such a rich soccer culture during Hispanic Heritage Month.
OUTCOME
We crafted a profile video and photo carousel spotlighting Hector Cortes, a Hispanic leader of the Charlotte FC Supporters Group.
We conducted an interview with Hector in Spanish, showcased how his traditions have impacted the fan culture in Charlotte, and released photo and video content that was true to Latino culture while still being accessible to all audiences across North America. The story received wide praise from Charlotte FC and MLS fans, reinforcing Ally’s standing as a champion for diversity in the sport.
